Barrow Community Library have arranged an Affinity Savings Account with The Loughborough Building Society. Many volunteers at the library, and users of the library have opened Barrow Community Library savings accounts. This year for the first time, we achieved our target of more than 25 savings accounts open. This has triggered a bonus payment to the library of 1% of the total amount saved in these accounts on 31st March 2018.
The bonus payment is a valuable contribution to the costs of running the library.
Thanks go to all supporters of the library who have opened a savings account. For anyone still wishing to open a Barrow Community Library savings account at The Loughborough, forms are available at the library.
